We will use elements of nature to create special pieces, and we will use the beautiful surrounding landscape of the sea for inspiration for our morning painting sessions. This is your chance to connect with nature. Developing an eye that has a deeper appreciation of nature is one of the fastest ways to reduce your day to day stress.

Coach

Yasmine Tarek

Yasmine, the retreat leader has been in the fitness and wellness field since 2005. She is a certified health and nutrition coach, Stress, Recovery and Sleep coaching specialist, and a Pilates instructor. She loves helping people find joy and ease in taking care of their health.

Yasmine is extra passionate about simplifying health and making it accessible to even the busiest individuals.

Beside her full time job as a coach, she’s also a mother of three kids. This makes her superpower: efficiency. She brings that into her coaching. Her motto is less time and maximum effects.

Yasmine believes that health shouldn’t come at the expense of other aspects of life and even when we’re very busy there are still actions that can take us where we want to go, without adding more stress to our lives. Yasmine believes that managing our health and managing our stress levels go hand in hand.
