For six days,
we will connect with nature, slow down and do things from the heart.
This is not your run of the mill program, where you escape your life for a weekend, and then return to your usual stressors afterwards. This is your chance to recreate and have the life of your dreams.

Before you came into this world, you spent nine months floating in water. It was your first home. It’s good to head home every once in a while. It restores us.

This is why we’re taking you on a blissful adventure on the red sea where you get to rediscover yourself and immerse in an experience like no other.

We’ll introduce you to freediving as a tool of meditation and connection with yourself.

We’ll take you swimming with the dolphins in an exhilarating yet peaceful experience.

You’ll get a taste of Pilates that you can take home to help you exercise mindfully and connect with your body. Let exercise be a tool that reduces your stress rather than raise it.

You’ll create and craft art to decorate your home with, and keep as a reminder to the magical time we spent together and kickstart your creativity streak.

Our program is designed to give you tools to instantly reduce your stress and also the knowledge to take home with you to manage whatever life throws at you in your personal and professional life.

We want you to thrive during the retreat, but also to keep that spark and keep it long after you return from the retreat.
